The invention relates to a super-long tubular pile crane which comprises a stand column, a trolley track, a hoisting trolley, a plurality of hoisting beams, a hinge support mechanism and a hoisting beam straightness detection mechanism. The number of the stand columns is multiple, and the stand columns are vertically arranged. The trolley track is erected on the top of the stand column. The hoisting trolley is matched with the trolley track and can move along the trolley track; the lifting beams are in one-to-one correspondence with the lifting trolleys and are driven by the lifting trolleys to ascend and descend; the hanging beams are connected in sequence and are arranged in a straight line; every two adjacent hanging beams are connected through the corresponding hinge supporting mechanism, so that the two adjacent hanging beams can relatively move front and back and up and down. The hanging beam straightness detection mechanism is installed on the hinge support mechanism and can detect the straightness of two adjacent hanging beams. The super-long tubular pile crane has the advantages of being reliable in performance, stable in stress, convenient to transport, capable of detecting the straightness of the hanging beam in real time and the like.

    本发明涉及一种超长管桩起重机,其包括立柱、小车轨道、起吊小车、若干吊梁、铰支机构以及吊梁直线度检测机构;其中,所述立柱设置有若干根,其呈竖直设置;所述小车轨道架设在立柱的顶部;所述起吊小车和小车轨道相配合,并能沿小车轨道移动;所述吊梁和起吊小车一一对应,并通过起吊小车驱动而升降;所述吊梁依次连接并呈一字型排布;相邻两根吊梁之间通过所述铰支机构连接,使相邻两根吊梁之间能前后上下相对活动;所述吊梁直线度检测机构安装于铰支机构上,其能检测相邻两根吊梁的直线度。本发明的超长管桩起重机具有性能可靠,受力稳定、方便运输且能实时检测吊梁直线度等诸多优点。
