The invention discloses a magnetic suspension conveying device which comprises a base, a conveying belt, a linear induction motor, a first magnet set and a second magnet set. The conveying belt is arranged on the outer side of the base in a sleeving mode and comprises a plurality of bearing plates, the bearing plates are annularly distributed, and every two adjacent bearing plates are connected in a hinged mode. The linear induction motor is used for driving the conveying belt to rotate around the base and comprises an induction primary and an induction secondary. The induction primary is installed on the base, and the induction secondary is a bearing plate or is installed on the bearing plate. The first magnet group is used for applying thrust away from the base to the bearing plate, and the second magnet group is used for applying transverse thrust to the bearing plate. The number of the second magnet sets is two, and the two second magnet sets are located on the two transverse sides of the bearing plate correspondingly so as to limit the bearing plate on the two transverse sides. Compared with the prior art, the magnetic suspension conveying device can reduce friction loss, so that the service life of the device is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种磁悬浮输送装置,包括基座、输送带、直线感应电动机、第一磁体组和第二磁体组。输送带套设于基座外侧,包括多个承载板,多个承载板呈环形分布,相邻两个承载板铰接相连。直线感应电动机用于驱动输送带绕基座旋转,包括感应初级和感应次级。感应初级安装于基座上,感应次级为承载板或安装于承载板上。第一磁体组用以对承载板施加远离基座的推力,第二磁体组用以对承载板施加横向推力。第二磁体组包括两组,两组第二磁体组分别位于承载板的横向两侧,以在横向两侧对承载板限位。相比于现有技术,本发明的磁悬浮输送装置能够减小摩擦损耗,从而延长装置的使用寿命。
