The invention discloses an improved electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft motor heat dissipation air inlet channel structure which comprises an NACA air inlet channel, the NACA air inlet channel is formed in a motor arm, a lip is arranged on the NACA air inlet channel, a motor heat dissipation air inlet is formed in the end of the motor arm, the motor heat dissipation air inlet is communicated with the NACA air inlet channel, the end of the motor arm is connected with a motor, and the motor heat dissipation air inlet is communicated with the NACA air inlet channel. The motor heat dissipation air inlet faces the motor, the NACA air inlet channel is a divergent channel, the width of an airflow initial inlet of the NACA air inlet channel is set as W1, the width of a lip is set as W2, the depth and the length of the NACA air inlet channel are set as H and L respectively, W2/H is controlled to be 3-5, and L is not smaller than two times of W2. The NACA air inlet channel in the structure can improve heat dissipation of the motor, safe and reliable operation of the motor is ensured, and the voyage of the electric aircraft is improved due to low aerodynamic resistance.

    本发明公开了一种改善电动垂直起降飞机电机散热进气道结构,包括NACA进气道,所述NACA进气道开设在电机臂上,所述NACA进气道上设有唇口,所述电机臂的端部开有电机散热进气口,所述电机散热进气口与NACA进气道连通,所述电机臂的端部连接电机,所述电机散热进气口朝向电机,所述NACA进气道为渐扩式通道,所述NACA进气道的气流起始入口处宽度设为W1,唇口处宽度设为W2,NACA进气道的深度和长度分别设为H和L,其中W2/H控制在3~5,L不小于2倍W2。本结构中NACA进气道可以改善电机的散热,确保电机安全可靠运行,较低的气动阻力提升了电动飞机的航程。
