And the tilting large shaft and the tilting rocker arm are driven by the tilting actuating cylinder to rotate around the tilting axis of the empennage. The deflection actuating cylinder is connected with a cross-shaped control rocker arm, and the cross-shaped control rocker arm is rotationally connected with a support fixed on the machine body frame and can rotate around a rocker arm shaft of the cross-shaped control rocker arm. And the cross-shaped control rocker arm is hinged with the Y-shaped adapter frame through a connecting shaft. The Y-shaped transfer frame is connected to the empennage through hinge points on the empennage main beam and the tail beam partition plate.
