The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a passing device and a ship. The passing device comprises a first transfer platform and a second transfer platform, the first transfer platform is arranged outside the cabin and covers a part of a revolving door base, the second transfer platform is arranged in the cabin and covers a part of the revolving door base, the first transfer platform and the second transfer platform are in butt joint with each other, and the first transfer platform and the second transfer platform are in butt joint with each other. Each transfer platform comprises a bearing plate and a plurality of supporting plates, the supporting plates are vertically connected to the bottom of the bearing plate, and at least part of the supporting plates are arranged in a hollowed-out mode so as to avoid the rotating door base. According to the passing device and the ship, the safety problems that according to an existing protection structure for the revolving door base, materials are inconvenient to transport, and cutting, stumbling and the like exist are solved.
