The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a vibration energy recovery device for a vehicle, which comprises a suspension shock absorber arranged between a vehicle body and wheels and used for slowing down vibration generated when the vehicle body runs on a road along with the wheels; a magnetic field generating mechanism which is provided in the region of the suspension damper and generates a magnetic field in the region of the suspension damper; an electrical conductor adapted to reciprocate within the magnetic field as the vehicle travels; and a charging circuit connected to the electric conductor and feeding electric energy generated by cutting the magnetic induction lines when the electric conductor reciprocates within the magnetic field to a rechargeable battery of the vehicle. The invention also relates to an operating method for the vibration energy recovery device, a computer program product and a vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, the vibration energy of the vehicle can be converted into the electric energy for charging the vehicle battery, so that not only is the vibration energy which should be consumed originally recycled, but also the electricity utilization of the electric equipment of the vehicle is ensured or the endurance mileage of an electric vehicle and the like is improved.
