The method is characterized in that the starting necessity of the oxygen generator is judged, and the oxygen generator is controlled to start, operate and generate oxygen only when the starting necessity of the oxygen generator reaches a high enough degree. The method for controlling the working state of the oxygen generator in the vehicle is suitable for new energy vehicles.
