The invention relates to the field of energy storage equipment, in particular to an energy storage device and a vehicle comprising the same, and aims at solving the problem that an existing flywheel energy storage device is small in energy storage capacity. To this end, the energy storage device of the present invention comprises: a housing; the magnetic assembly comprises at least two magnetic parts with repellent polarities, and a gap is reserved between every two adjacent magnetic parts; the movable part is arranged on the shell so that the gap can be adjusted through the movable part, and therefore the magnetic potential energy of the magnetic assembly can be changed; and the flywheel group is connected with the movable part. According to the technical scheme, the flywheel set converts energy to be stored into rotating potential energy, the gap between the two magnetic components is adjusted through the sliding block set, so that the energy to be stored is converted into magnetic potential energy, and the energy storage capacity of the energy storage device is increased.
