The invention relates to the field of real-time monitoring and active prevention and control of road operation risks, and discloses an automatic fault isolation system and method for road operation risk prevention and control equipment. The automatic isolation system comprises a traffic monitoring device, a cloud computing platform and a variable information board. The traffic monitoring equipment is arranged on the roadside of a road and is used for acquiring data information and transmitting the data information to the cloud computing platform; the cloud computing platform receives data information input by the traffic monitoring equipment, calculates a speed limit value and inputs speed limit value data to the variable information board; the variable information board is used for receiving and issuing speed limit value data input by the cloud computing platform. When the road prevention and control equipment breaks down, risk prevention and control can be continued, the probability of traffic accidents is reduced, and the road traffic efficiency is improved; when the prevention and control equipment of a certain road section breaks down, the prevention and control equipment of the upstream road section and the downstream road section carries out preventive intervention on the road section, and therefore the purpose of avoiding risks is achieved.

    本发明涉及道路运行风险实时监测与主动防控领域,公开了一种道路运行风险防控设备故障自动隔离系统及方法。自动隔离系统包括交通监测设备、云计算平台和可变信息板;交通监测设备设置在道路的路侧,用于获取数据信息,并将数据信息输送至云计算平台;云计算平台接收所述交通监测设备输入的数据信息,计算限速值,并将限速值数据输入至可变信息板;可变信息板用于接收并发布云计算平台输入的限速值数据。本发明在道路防控设备发生故障时,可继续进行风险防控,降低了交通事故发生的概率,提高了道路交通效率;当某路段的防控设备发生故障时,其上游路段和下游路段的防控设备对该路段进行预防性干预,从而达到规避风险的目的。
