By adding the cutting mechanism and the control winding mechanism, when the sonar probe is wound by weeds and the like in the upward moving and recycling process, the sonar probe is difficult to drag to continue to move upwards, and if the sonar probe is possibly damaged by hard dragging, the cutting mechanism is controlled to cut off the weeds so that the sonar probe can be smoothly recycled, and the recovery efficiency of the sonar probe is improved. And the sonar probe is prevented from being damaged due to hard dragging.
