A positioning ring is fixedly mounted on the lower side of the rotary table, the positioning ring is sleeved on the inner ring of the rotary support, a central shaft is fixedly connected to the bottom of the rotary table, and the central shaft is connected with the positioning ring through a linkage mechanism. According to the stable slewing device of the tower crane, through the design of the linkage mechanism and the stability maintaining mechanism, the movable supporting structure can be used for absorbing shaking borne by the slewing device in the working process, the stability of the rotating axis of the slewing device is maintained, the stability maintaining air bag can be used for absorbing shaking of the center shaft, and impact is transferred through the stability maintaining top plate to support the center shaft.
