The tower crane jacking monitoring and identifying system comprises a lifting hook height sensor used for monitoring the height from a lifting hook to the ground; the lifting hook amplitude sensor is used for monitoring the horizontal displacement amplitude of the lifting hook relative to the arm heel of the large arm; the lifting load weight sensor is used for monitoring the lifting load weight of the lifting hook; and the monitor is used for splitting the jacking process of the tower crane into a plurality of sequential operation states, each operation state corresponds to a different state value, and real-time monitoring data is obtained according to the lifting hook height sensor, the lifting hook amplitude sensor and the lifting load weight sensor in the jacking process of the tower crane. And the working state of the tower crane in the jacking process is recognized and recorded, and whether jacking of the tower crane is completed or not is judged.
