A flexible vent device adapted to an active control type cushion airbag that can be opened in accordance with a predetermined overload or pressure. According to the requirements of the air bag volume, the buffering time, the maximum pressure in the bag and the like, the needed exhaust port area is determined, an exhaust port with the corresponding area is formed in the buffering air bag, and the exhaust port is covered with a layer of rupture disk for structural sealing. A flexible fabric cylinder is arranged on the outer side of an exhaust port rupture disk and used for bearing acting force borne by a bag body in the buffering process, the flexible fabric cylinder is tightened and sealed through a sealing rope before being opened, the sealing rope penetrates through a buckle loop on the flexible fabric cylinder to be limited when being installed, and the sealing rope needs to penetrate through a cutter in the penetrating process at the same time. The sealing rope and the cutter are both fixed on the outer side face of the flexible fabric cylinder, so that a plurality of sealing rope fixing button loops and a cutter fixing sleeve need to be arranged on the outer side face of the fabric cylinder.

    一种适应于主动控制型缓冲气囊的柔性排气口装置,可按照预定的过载或压力开启。根据气囊体积、缓冲时间和囊内最大压力等要求,确定出所需的排气口面积,在缓冲气囊上开出相应面积的排气口,在排气口上覆盖一层爆破膜用于结构的密封,在排气口爆破膜外侧设置一个柔性织物筒用于承担缓冲过程的囊体所受的作用力,柔性织物筒在打开前通过一根封闭绳扎紧封闭,封闭绳安装时穿过柔性织物筒上的扣襻进行限位,穿入的过程中需同时穿过一个切割器。封闭绳和切割器均固定在柔性织物筒外侧面,因此织物筒外侧面需设置若干个封闭绳固定扣襻和一个切割器固定套。
