The embodiment of the invention discloses a heat recovery system for fresh air preheating and equipment heat dissipation, which comprises a fresh air preset coil pipe arranged in a fresh air inlet pipeline of a cabin or a fresh air section of an air conditioner; the return air preheating coil pipe is arranged on a return air pipeline of an air conditioner at the electrical equipment or a return air section of air conditioning equipment; the circulating pump communicates with the fresh air preset coil pipe and the return air preset coil pipe and is used for enabling an intermediate medium to sequentially flow through the return air preset coil pipe and the fresh air preset coil pipe to form circulation and perform heat exchange when the temperature of the outdoor fresh air is lower than the room temperature of the electrical equipment room, the intermediate medium preheats the fresh air at the fresh air preset coil pipe, and the intermediate medium preheats the fresh air at the room temperature of the electrical equipment room. And the return air is pre-refrigerated at the return air preheating coil pipe and is heated under the action of the return air. Under the condition that the outdoor temperature is low in winter, the electrical equipment room is cooled through the fresh air cooling load of the cabin air conditioner through the intermediate medium heat recovery circulating system.

    本发明实施例公开了一种新风预热和设备散热的热回收系统,包括:新风预设盘管,其设于舱室的新风进风管道或空调器的新风段;回风预热盘管,其设于电气设备处所空调的回风管道或空调设备的回风段;循环泵,其与新风预设盘管和回风预设盘管连通,用以在室外新风的温度低于电气设备间的房间温度时,使中间媒介依次流经回风预设盘管和新风预设盘管,形成循环并进行热交换,其中,中间媒介在新风预设盘管处对新风进行预加热,并在新风的作用下冷却,在回风预热盘管处对回风进行预制冷,并在回风的作用下加热。实现在冬季室外温度较低的情况下,通过中间媒介热回收循环系统来实现利用舱室空调的新风冷负荷给电气设备房间降温。
