The invention discloses a seat cask battery heating structure, which comprises a controller module, a frame, a seat cask, a battery assembly, a ventilation pipe assembly and a hot air assembly, the battery assembly is fixed in the seat cask, the seat cask is fixed on the frame, the frame is provided with a head pipe, the head pipe is hollow, the hot air assembly is provided with a hot air space, and the hot air space is communicated with the ventilation pipe assembly. The ventilation pipe assembly communicates with the interior of the head pipe, the hot air space and the interior space of the seat cask, and a gap exists between the battery assembly and the inner wall of the seat cask. At low temperature, low battery charging efficiency, reduced battery use capacity and weakened battery performance can influence the endurance mileage of the electric two-wheeled vehicle and cause trouble to travel of people, the hot air assembly and the ventilation pipe assembly are matched to transfer hot air into the seat cask to heat the battery assembly, and the situation that the battery assembly is too low in temperature, so that the capacity is reduced, and travel is influenced is avoided. The frame is provided with the hollow head pipe, the ventilation pipe assembly is inserted into the head pipe, a certain filtering effect can be achieved through gaps of the frame, and impurities entering the hot air space are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种座桶电池加热结构,包括控制器模块、车架、座桶、电池组件,电池组件固定于座桶内,还包括通风管组件、热风组件,座桶固定于车架上,车架设置有头管,头管中空,热风组件设置有热风空间,通风管组件连通头管内部、热风空间以及座桶的内部空间,电池组件与座桶的内壁之间存在间隙。在低温时,电池充电效率低,电池使用容量降低,电池性能减弱会影响电动两轮车的续航里程,对人们的出行造成困扰,热风组件与通风管组件配合将热风传递到座桶内部以加热电池组件,避免电池组件因温度过低而降低容量影响出行。车架设置有中空的头管,通风管组件插入头管中,可利用车架本身的缝隙起到一定的过滤作用,减少杂物进入热风空间内。
