The invention discloses a brake system of a crane, which comprises an air compressor and a dryer communicated with the air compressor, the other end of the dryer is respectively communicated with a foot brake and a hand brake through a four-way protection valve, and the four-way protection valve is also communicated with an electromagnetic valve; an auxiliary gas interface is arranged between the electromagnetic valve and the auxiliary gas unit, and the auxiliary gas interface is respectively communicated with the electromagnetic valve and the auxiliary gas unit through a two-way quick release valve. The emergency gas taking connector is additionally arranged, so that the rescue implementation efficiency is improved, and the traction driving safety of a fault vehicle is guaranteed. And secondly, the auxiliary gas taking interface is additionally arranged between the electromagnetic valve and the auxiliary gas consumption unit, so that the quick-plug gas taking interface can be conveniently connected, and the emergency requirement is met. And finally, a quick-plug gas taking connector is arranged on a gas path of foot brake braking, and convenience can be provided for the gas use requirement of a user.

    本发明公开了一种起重机的制动系统,包括空压机以及与空压机相连通的干燥器,干燥器另一端通过四路保护阀分别与脚制动刹和手制动刹连通,四路保护阀还与电磁阀连通;所述电磁阀与辅助用气单元之间设有辅助用气接口,辅助用气接口通过双通快放阀分别与电磁阀与辅助用气单元连通。本发明通过设置增加应急取气接口,不仅提高了实施救援的效率,还保证了故障车辆被牵引行驶的安全性。其次,电磁阀与辅助用气单元之间增加了辅助取气接口,可以很方便的连接该快插取气接口,解决应急之需。最后,在脚刹制动的气路上设有快插取气接口,可为用户用气需求提供便利。
