The invention provides a charging control method and device and an off-board charger. The charging control method comprises the steps of obtaining a reserved charging start control instruction according to reserved charging time of the direct current charging device; according to the reservation charging start control instruction, when the states of a connection confirmation relay on a connection confirmation signal line of a pile end in a vehicle interface and an auxiliary relay on a connection signal line between an auxiliary power supply and a vehicle controller are controlled to be changed from a first state to a second state, a vehicle reservation charging trigger signal is generated; and controlling the vehicle and the direct current charging device to carry out a charging process according to the vehicle reservation charging trigger signal. According to the scheme, reserved charging of the direct current charging pile can be realized, and the charging cost can be reduced by using the difference between peak and valley electricity prices.

    本发明提供一种充电控制方法、装置及非车载充电机。充电控制方法包括:根据直流充电装置的预约充电时间,获得预约充电启动控制指令;根据所述预约充电启动控制指令,控制车辆接口中桩端的连接确认信号线上的连接确认继电器,以及,辅助电源与车辆控制器之间的连接信号线上的辅助继电器的状态由第一状态变为第二状态时,产生车辆预约充电触发信号;根据所述车辆预约充电触发信号,控制车辆和所述直流充电装置进行充电流程。本发明的方案可以实现对直流充电桩的预约充电,可以利用“峰谷电价”的差来降低充电成本。
