The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic floating bodies, in particular to a high-reflection floating body and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The floating body has a double-layer blow molding main body structure, wherein an outer layer comprises the following components: high-density polyethylene, linear polyethylene and a reflective filling material; the inner-layer component comprises high-density polyethylene; and the ultraviolet light reflectivity of the high-reflection floating body is more than 50%. According to the scheme, double-layer blow molding and inner and outer layer differentiated material design are adopted, the outer layer mainly improves the surface reflectance and toughness, the inner layer provides certain strength, and meanwhile, the light barrier property can be improved, so that the reflectance of the floating body is improved, the ultraviolet light reflectance is 50% or above, the power generation efficiency of power stations such as a double-glass assembly floating type power station is effectively improved, and the service life of the floating body is prolonged. And the product competitiveness is further improved. In addition, the adopted materials are all conventional raw materials, the technical process is mature, processing is convenient, and product implementation is facilitated.

    本发明涉及光伏浮体技术领域,具体是一种高反光浮体及其制作方法、应用。该浮体具有双层吹塑主体结构,其中外层组分包括:高密度聚乙烯、线性聚乙烯和反光性填充材料;内层组分包括高密度聚乙烯;所述高反光浮体的紫外光反射率在50%以上。本发明方案采用双层吹塑及内外层差异化材料设计,外层主要提升表面反光度和韧性,内层提供一定强度,同时还可增加光的阻隔性,从而提升浮体的反光率,紫外光反射率在50%以上,进而有效提升双玻组件漂浮式等电站的发电效率,使得产品竞争力进一步提升。此外,所述采用的材料均为常规性原料,技术工艺成熟,加工方便,有利于产品实施。
