The invention provides a non-energy-storage type charging system, a control method and engineering machinery, and relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, the non-energy-storage type charging system comprises a power supply system and a mobile power supply, the power supply system comprises an all-in-one controller, an AC circuit breaker, an AC charging socket and a DC charging socket, the alternating-current circuit breaker and the direct-current charging socket are respectively and electrically connected with the all-in-one controller, the all-in-one controller is used for inverting current, converting direct current into alternating current and outputting the alternating current to vehicle-mounted electric equipment, the alternating-current circuit breaker is electrically connected with the alternating-current charging socket, and the direct-current charging socket is used for being connected with a mobile power supply. Therefore, the power distribution cabinet can be used for power supply operation by selecting the second operation mode, or the mobile power supply can be used for power supply operation by selecting the first operation mode, so that the electric engineering machinery without a power battery can be charged.
