The invention relates to a flexible bus dynamic and static cooperative scheduling method, which comprises a static scheduling stage and a dynamic scheduling stage, in the static scheduling stage, user demands are gathered by designing a reservation time window, the possibility of subsequent real-time requests of each station is considered, and a static scheduling model is established and solved; determining an initial station jump route and a time table of the flexible bus, and feeding back a request matching result to the user; in the dynamic scheduling stage, a dynamic scheduling model is established and solved for a real-time request on the basis of static scheduling, and a station jump route and a driving time table of the flexible bus are updated. According to the method, the probability of occurrence of real-time requests is added in the static scheduling stage, the stop time of corresponding stops is prolonged, flexible bus static scheduling and dynamic scheduling are organically combined, the real-time request acceptance rate can be improved, and in a low-passenger-flow area or an off-peak period, through station jumping and a flexible timetable, the real-time request acceptance rate can be improved. The conditions of empty driving and low load factor are avoided, the operation cost is reduced, and the service quality is improved.

    本发明涉及一种灵活公交动静态协同调度方法,包括静态调度与动态调度两阶段,其中静态调度阶段通过设计预约时间窗聚集用户需求,同时考虑各站点后续出现实时请求的可能性,建立并求解静态调度模型,确定灵活公交初始跳站路线与时刻表,同时将请求匹配结果反馈给用户;动态调度阶段在静态调度的基础上针对实时请求,建立并求解动态调度模型,更新灵活公交的跳站路线与行驶时刻表。本发明在静态调度阶段加入了实时请求出现的概率,延长相应站点的停站时间,将灵活公交静态调度与动态调度有机结合,有利于提高实时请求接受率,并且在低客流区域或非高峰时段,通过跳站与灵活的时刻表,避免空驶与满载率较低的情况,降低运营成本,提高服务质量。
