The invention discloses a cubesat heat balance test method. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out heat modification on a normal sample cubesat; calculating the feature point temperature of the normal sample cubesat after thermal modification under the high-temperature and low-temperature working conditions; building a heat balance test system, and placing the normal sample cubesat after thermal modification in the heat balance test system; respectively obtaining thermal balance test boundary temperatures under the high-temperature and low-temperature working conditions according to the feature point temperatures of the normal sample cubesat after thermal modification under the high-temperature and low-temperature working conditions; and performing the heat balance test according to the heat balance test boundary temperature under the high-temperature and low-temperature working conditions. The method has the advantages of being accurate in test, low in cost, high in reliability, short in period and large in batch.

    本发明公开了一种立方星热平衡试验方法,包括:对正样立方星进行热改装;计算热改装后的正样立方星的高温和低温工况下特征点温度;搭建热平衡试验系统,将热改装后的正样立方星放置于所述热平衡试验系统内;根据热改装后的正样立方星的高温和低温工况下特征点温度分别得到高温和低温工况下的热平衡试验边界温度;根据高温和低温工况下的热平衡试验边界温度进行热平衡试验。本发明具有试验准确、成本低、可靠性高的优点,并具有短周期和大批量的优点。
