The invention belongs to the technical field of data processing, and discloses an oblique photography aerial survey data processing method and a storage medium, and the processing method comprises the steps: obtaining oblique photography data, and carrying out the sortie division of an oblique photography image according to pos information and a photographing interval; storing the oblique photography data of the corresponding sorties; obtaining unmanned aerial vehicle type information, and updating pos information; the updated pos information is written into the corresponding oblique photography image; acquiring camera information, and writing camera distortion parameter information corresponding to the camera information into the oblique photography image; and obtaining export sortie information, and generating a file for importing three-dimensional modeling software for processing based on the storage position of the oblique photography image, the corresponding pos information and the camera distortion parameter information. According to the oblique photography aerial survey data processing method provided by the invention, oblique photography data meeting different three-dimensional modeling software can be generated, and the oblique photography aerial survey data processing method is suitable for different application scenes.
