The invention relates to a construction method for installing a desulfurization and denitrification purification module by using positioning devices, which comprises the following steps of: 1, positioning and paying off the installation position of a first layer of purification module, and fixing a plurality of positioning devices at corresponding support positions of the positioning and paying off position; 2, a tower crane is used for hoisting the first-layer purification module, the first-layer purification module is located according to the positioning pay-off position, and the bottom supporting position of the first-layer purification module is correspondingly placed on the positioning device; 3, the first-layer purification module is accurately aligned with the positioning pay-off position by operating and adjusting all the positioning devices; and 4, sequentially stacking and hoisting other layers of purification modules from bottom to top according to the steps. According to the construction method for installing the desulfurization and denitrification purification module through the positioning device, aloft work during hoisting is reduced, the installation efficiency is improved, the safety and reliability of operation are improved, and quality control and guarantee of construction engineering are facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种利用定位装置安装脱硫脱硝净化模块的施工方法,包括:步骤一:对第一层净化模块安装的位置进行定位放线,并将多个定位装置固定在所述定位放线处对应支撑的位置;步骤二:利用塔吊对第一层净化模块进行吊装,按照定位放线的位置落位,并使得第一层净化模块的底部支撑位置对应放置在所述定位装置上;步骤三:通过对各个所述定位装置的操作调节使得第一层净化模块与所述定位放线位置精准对齐;步骤四:按照如上步骤依次对其他层净化模块进行从下至上的层叠吊装。该种利用定位装置安装脱硫脱硝净化模块的施工方法,减少吊装时高空作业,提高安装效率,提高作业的安全性、可靠性,有利于施工工程的质量控制和保证。
