According to the heavy-load large-working-space mooring robot, a rotating platform is arranged on a lower platform, the lower end of a lower swing frame is rotationally connected with the rotating platform, lower swing frame drivers are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the lower swing frame, and an upper swing frame is arranged at the front end of the lower swing frame; the upper swing frame driver is arranged on the front side of the lower swing frame and rotationally connected with the lower swing frame, the follow-up plate is rotationally arranged at the front end of the upper swing frame, the follow-up connecting rod device is connected with the rotating platform and the follow-up plate, the middle of the rear face of the suction cup assembly is connected with the front end of the upper swing frame through a spherical hinge, and the follow-up plate is provided with a suction cup reset device. According to the mooring robot, mooring operation is conducted on a ship, stabilization of multi-dimensional swaying of the ship under the complex sea condition can be achieved, near decoupling of motion of the suction cup is achieved by arranging the lower swaying frame, the lower swaying frame driver and the upper swaying frame driver on the rotating platform, and the mooring robot has the advantages of being large in working space, high in bearing capacity, easy to control and the like; and the safety and the stability of ship mooring are improved.

    本发明涉及一种重载大工作空间系泊机器人,其转动平台设于下平台上,下摆动框的下端与转动平台转动连接,下摆动框驱动器对称设于下摆动框的两侧,且上摆动框设于下摆动框的前端,上摆动框驱动器设于下摆动框的前侧且与下摆动框转动连接,随动板转动设于上摆动框的前端,随动连杆装置连接转动平台与随动板,吸盘组件后面中部通过球铰与上摆动框前端连接,随动板上设有吸盘复位装置。本发明系泊机器人对船舶实施系泊作业,不仅可以实现复杂海况下船舶多维摇荡的减摇,而且通过将下摇摆框、下摇摆框驱动器、上摇摆框驱动器分别设置转动平台上,实现了吸盘运动近解耦,具有工作空间大,承载力高,控制简单等优点,提高船舶系泊的安全性和稳定性。
