The invention discloses a series-parallel hybrid automobile engine bearing bush anti-abrasion control method and system. The method comprises the following steps that the maximum vibration frequency corresponding to all vibration amplitudes of a hybrid automobile engine cylinder body is obtained; obtaining the corresponding vibration times of a cylinder body near an engine bearing seat when the engine assembly is under different acceleration working conditions and an oil film between a crankshaft and a bearing bush reaches a thickness value which cannot be worn; periodically acquiring the vibration amplitude of an engine cylinder under the normal driving condition of the hybrid vehicle; acquiring a damage value of the engine bearing bush; and according to the obtained damage value of the engine bearing bush, different wear control strategies are controlled to be executed. According to the anti-abrasion control method for the series-parallel hybrid automobile engine bearing bush, the problem of bearing bush abrasion caused by excessive consumption of an oil film between the crankshaft and the bearing bush is effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种串并联混动汽车发动机轴瓦防磨损控制方法及系统,方法包括以下步骤:获取混动汽车发动机缸体各振动幅值对应的最大振动频率;获取发动机总成处于不同加速度工况下,曲轴和轴瓦之间的油膜达到不可接受磨损的厚度值时对应的发动机轴承座附近缸体振动次数;周期性获取混动汽车正常行驶工况下发动机缸体振动幅值;获取发动机轴瓦的损伤值;根据获取的发动机轴瓦损伤值,控制执行不同的磨损控制策略。本申请提供的串并联混动汽车发动机轴瓦防磨损控制方法,有效避免曲轴和轴瓦之间的油膜过度消耗导致轴瓦磨损问题的出现。
