The invention relates to an auxiliary braking, retarding and energy recycling system based on an aerodynamic suite. The auxiliary braking, retarding and energy recycling system comprises an active aerodynamic suite, a braking control module and an energy management module. An active turbulence device is integrated in the active aerodynamics suite, the active turbulence device is a folding rising type or integrated type turbulence device, the folding rising type or integrated type turbulence device comprises a folding liftable spoiler, a fan generator is integrated in the folding liftable spoiler, and the fan generator can face airflow along with rising of the spoiler; the cooling fan is integrated with cabin pneumatic power generation, wind energy is used for power generation in the braking process, and the using economical efficiency of the whole vehicle can be improved; the energy management module is in control connection with the fan generator; a cooling fan of the integrated turbulent flow device is connected with the energy management module, and power generation control is overall planned by the energy management control module. According to the invention, by using the aerodynamic suite, additional braking force which is not limited by ground attachment is provided, and the braking distance can be shortened, especially in high-speed and medium-speed braking working conditions.

    本发明涉及一种基于空气动力学套件的辅助制动、缓速及能量回收系统,包括主动空气动力学套件、制动控制模块和能源管理模块;主动空气动力学套件中集成主动扰流装置,其为折叠升起式或集成式扰流装置,前者包括折叠可升起扰流板,其内部集成风扇发电机,且风扇发电机可随着扰流板的升起而迎向气流;后者包括与机舱气动发电集成在一起的冷却风扇,在制动过程中同时利用风能发电,可提高整车使用经济性;能源管理模块与风扇发电机控制连接;集成式扰流装置的冷却风扇与能源管理模块连接,由能源管理控制模块统筹发电控制。本发明通过使用空气动力学套件,提供不受地面附着限制的额外制动力,可以缩短制动距离,尤其在高速、中速制动工况中。
