The invention relates to an electric vehicle refrigerant quantity monitoring and charging control system and method. The electric vehicle refrigerant quantity monitoring and charging control system comprises a controller; a battery management module; the quick charging gun generates a quick charging signal and sends the quick charging signal to the controller; the environment temperature sensor obtains the environment temperature and sends the environment temperature to the controller; the cooling device is used for adjusting the amount of the refrigerant passing through the evaporator through an electronic expansion valve, so that the battery cooling liquid is cooled through phase change when the refrigerant passes through the evaporator; the controller determines the current refrigerant amount according to the environment temperature and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve; and the controller controls the charging power of the battery management module according to the relation between the current refrigerant amount and the first reference value and the second reference value. The charging power is controlled according to the monitoring result of the current refrigerant amount, and the situation that cooling cannot be conducted through the refrigerant due to the fact that the refrigerant is insufficient is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种电动车辆冷媒量监测及充电控制系统和方法,电动车辆冷媒量监测及充电控制系统包括控制器;电池管理模块;快速充电枪,其产生快速充电信号且发送至控制器;环境温度传感器,其获取环境温度并发送至控制器;冷却装置,其利用电子膨胀阀调节经过蒸发器的冷媒的量,从而通过冷媒经过蒸发器时的相变来冷却电池冷却液;控制器根据环境温度和电子膨胀阀的开度确定当前冷媒量;根据当前冷媒量与第一参考值和第二参考值的关系,控制器控制电池管理模块的充电功率。本发明通过当前冷媒量的监测结果来控制充电功率,避免了因为冷媒不足而无法通过冷媒进行冷却的情况。
