The invention provides a temperature control system, a vehicle, an energy storage system and a multi-way valve. The temperature control system comprises a plurality of liquid pipelines and a multi-way valve. The multi-way valve comprises a valve body and a valve element, the valve body is provided with an installation cavity, the valve element is installed in the installation cavity, the valve body comprises a body and a block-shaped additional part, the installation cavity is located in the body, the block-shaped additional part is at least attached to part of the side wall of the body, the valve body comprises a plurality of through holes, and each through hole penetrates through the block-shaped additional part and the corresponding side wall of the body. Each liquid pipeline is used for being communicated with one through hole, at least one liquid pipeline is provided with a battery pack, and the temperature control system is used for controlling the temperature of the battery pack. A plurality of separation cavities are formed in the peripheral side of the valve element; the at least two separation cavities are distributed in the axial direction of the valve element; each separation cavity is used for being communicated with one or more through holes. According to the scheme, the structure of the multi-way valve is simplified, and the size of the multi-way valve is reduced. The multi-way valve is simple in structure, and the leakage risk of the temperature control system can be reduced.
