A bridge frame structure of a three-way stacking forklift comprises a space which is defined by a rear vertical plate, side vertical plates and a middle vertical plate and used for installing a lateral movement motor and an auxiliary portal frame to penetrate through, and an installation space which is defined by side plates, an upper transverse plate, a lower transverse plate, a front vertical plate, the middle vertical plate, a first sealing plate and a second sealing plate and used for installing a driving device used for rotation of a pallet fork. A pallet fork driving shaft is installed on the bridge frame lower supporting plate, idler wheels and side idler wheels are installed on the side vertical plates along an auxiliary portal frame lifting rail, the rear vertical plate is installed close to the upper ends of the side vertical plates as much as possible, lightening holes are machined in the plate faces of the rear vertical plate and the side vertical plates, and the ends of the side vertical plates on the two sides are fixed to the encoder connecting plate. A locking mechanism is fixed to the lower plate face of the lower transverse plate and used for counteracting shaking force generated by operation of the forklift. The invention has the advantages that the structure is simple, the structural strength is high, the structural weight is low, the stress is uniform, and the stress deformation of the plate surface is avoided in the lifting process of the bridge frame.

    一种三向堆垛叉车桥架框架结构,包括:由后立板、侧立板、中立板围合成安装侧移电机、副门架穿过的空间,由侧板、上横板、下横板、前立板、中立板、第一密封板、第二密封板围合成安装货叉转动用的驱动装置的安装空间,桥架下支撑板、桥架下支撑板安装货叉驱动轴,侧立板安装有沿副门架起升轨道的滚轮、侧滚轮,后立板尽量靠近侧立板的上端部安装且后立板、侧立板的板面均加工有减重孔,两侧的侧立板端部与编码器连接板固定,下横板的下板面固定有琐止机构,用于抵消设叉车作业产生的晃动力。优势如下:结构简单、结构强度高、结构重量低、受力均匀,桥架起升过程中不会发生板面的受力变形。
