The invention discloses a lifting method for inclined pulling and inclined lifting self-correction of a translation mechanism. The relative deviation angle of a steel wire rope is obtained through calculation according to space position information of the steel wire rope in a static and natural droop state and space position information of the steel wire rope in a dynamic state. And the execution speed of the translation mechanism and the hoisting speed of the hoisting mechanism are adjusted through the obtained relative deviation angle, and therefore automatic adjustment of inclined pulling and inclined hoisting is achieved. According to the hoisting method for inclined pulling and inclined hoisting self-correction of the translation mechanism, the translation mechanism is automatically controlled by detecting the angle information of the steel wire rope, automatic correction of inclined pulling and inclined hoisting conditions is achieved, risks possibly caused by inclined pulling and inclined hoisting are avoided, and damage to related structures of a crane due to inclined pulling and inclined hoisting is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种平移机构歪拉斜吊自校正的起吊方法,利用钢丝绳在静止且自然下垂状态下的空间位置信息以及钢丝绳在动态状态下的空间位置信息计算获得钢丝绳的相对偏移角度。利用获取的相对偏移角度调节平移机构的执行速度和起升机构的起升速度,从而实现歪拉斜吊的自动调节。本发明提供的平移机构歪拉斜吊自校正的起吊方法,通过检测钢丝绳的角度信息自动控制平移机构,实现了对歪拉斜吊情况的自动矫正,避免了歪拉斜吊可能产生的危险以及避免了歪拉斜吊对吊车相关结构产生的损伤。
