The invention provides a metamorphic mechanism gravity self-locking type hub transferring and lifting tool. The metamorphic mechanism gravity self-locking type hub transferring and lifting tool comprises a bearing frame. The butt joint center frame is installed on the bearing frame in a sliding mode in the vertical direction. The self-locking separator is installed on the bearing frame and located above the butt joint center frame, one end of the self-locking separator is detachably connected with the butt joint center frame, and the self-locking separator is separated from the butt joint center frame after bearing pressure; the lifting device is connected with the bearing frame and the butt joint center frame, when the self-locking separator is connected with the butt joint center frame, a lifting hook on the lifting device is contracted, and when the butt joint center frame slides up and down on the bearing frame, the lifting hook on the lifting device is unfolded. By adopting the tool, the time is saved by more than 15 minutes, and the efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明提供了一种变胞机构重力自锁式轮毂转运起吊工装,包括承重架;对接中心架在竖直方向上可滑动地安装在承重架上;自锁分离器安装在承重架上且位于对接中心架上方,自锁分离器的一端与对接中心架可拆卸连接,且自锁分离器承受压力后,与对接中心架分离;起吊装置与承重架和对接中心架连接,自锁分离器与对接中心架连接时,起吊装置上的吊钩收缩,对接中心架在承重架上下滑时,起吊装置上的吊钩展开。吊运轮毂使用该工装,工人不用再进行登高作业;操作上,不需要打螺栓,工人由多人协同变为一人操作;吊装过程中,工人不用接触或靠近轮毂,极大的保证了工人的安全;采用这种工装,时间上节省15分钟以上,效率上得到了极大提高。
