The invention relates to the field of underwater operation robots, in particular to underwater non-return water valve maintenance equipment. The underwater non-return water valve maintenance equipment comprises a chassis, an operation manipulator and a visual system are installed on the chassis, the visual system comprises an image acquisition device, a vertically-through working hole is formed in the chassis, and the operation manipulator can penetrate through the working hole to maintain a non-return valve below the chassis. According to the underwater operation robot, an existing underwater operation robot is improved, the working hole is formed in the chassis, and therefore the characteristic that the check valve is installed on the ground can be matched, the operation mechanical arm penetrates through the working hole to conduct maintenance work such as repairing on the check valve under the chassis, and therefore the requirements for the operation radius and the freedom degree of the mechanical arm are greatly reduced; therefore, the problem that an existing underwater operation robot cannot be suitable for maintenance of a channel check valve due to the fact that a visual system and an operation mechanical arm cannot touch the check valve is solved.
本发明涉及水下作业机器人领域,特别是涉及到了一种水下逆止回水阀维护设备。该水下逆止回水阀维护设备包括底盘,所述底盘上安装有作业机械手和视觉系统,所述视觉系统包括图像采集装置,在所述底盘上设有上下通透的工作孔,所述作业机械手可穿过工作孔对底盘下的逆止阀进行维护。本发明通过改进现有的水下作业机器人,在底盘上设置了工作孔,因此可配合逆止阀贴地安装的特点,使作业机械手穿过工作孔,在底盘之下对逆止阀进行维修等维护工作,由此大大降低了对机械手的作业半径以及自由度的要求,从而解决了现有水下作业机器人由于视觉系统及作业机械手无法触及逆止阀而导致的无法适用于渠道逆止阀维护的问题。
