The invention provides a ship docking supporting system and a launching method. The supporting system comprises a supporting beam, an upper beam support and a lower beam support. The supporting beam is arranged at the bottom of the ship body, the upper beam support is arranged above the supporting beam and abuts against a shell of the ship body, and the lower beam support is arranged below the supporting beam and used for providing support for the ship body to be stably arranged on a slipway or a buoyancy tank and providing driving force for the ship body to move to the preset position of the buoyancy tank from the slipway. The supporting beams are arranged on the peripheral side of the appendage in a surrounding mode and flush with the bottom of the appendage, so that a space is reserved for installation of detection equipment in the appendage, meanwhile, the gravity center of a ship body can be lowered, and the hoisting difficulty during ship body or slipway operation is lowered. The on-beam support is designed to be matched with the shape of the side wall shell of the hull, the contact area of the on-beam support and the hull shell can be increased, and then lateral support is provided for the hull shell.
