The sampling mechanism comprises a water pump fixedly arranged on the floating body, the output end of the water pump is fixedly connected with a connecting pipe, the end part of the connecting pipe is fixedly connected with a folding pipe, the end part of the folding pipe is fixedly connected with an end head, the end head is fixedly connected with a weight bearing block, and the floating body is provided with a driving assembly for controlling the descending depth of the end head. By arranging the sampling mechanism, the descending depth of the end head can be controlled by utilizing unwinding and winding of a chain, and when the end head reaches a specified depth, descending is stopped, so that seawater at different depths can be sampled, the variety of samples can be increased, and seawater monitoring is more comprehensive; and a worker can conveniently treat the seawater environment according to a monitoring result.
