The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent robots, and particularly relates to a leg structure and a biped robot. Wherein the leg structure comprises a shank part and a leg part; a sole part; the ankle connecting component is a cross-shaped adapter shaft, and the shank part is rotationally connected with the sole part through the cross-shaped adapter shaft. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that an ankle joint in an existing biped robot is complex in design structure and large in size are solved.
