The invention discloses a vehicle intelligent auxiliary parking-out method which comprises the following steps: acquiring current vehicle surrounding environment data in response to a vehicle parking-out instruction; calling vehicle surrounding environment data acquired by the intelligent auxiliary parking system when the vehicle is parked; and comparing the current vehicle surrounding environment data with the surrounding environment data when the vehicle is parked in, and calculating a running track when the vehicle is parked out according to a comparison result. The invention further discloses a vehicle intelligent auxiliary parking-out system for implementing the method. According to the intelligent auxiliary parking-out method and system for the vehicle, on the basis of an original intelligent auxiliary parking system of the vehicle, the intelligent auxiliary parking-out function is added, and the function that the vehicle is safely parked out of the parking space is achieved with low cost.
