The invention relates to an evaporator anti-frosting control method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that whether an evaporator is in an estimated frosting working condition or not is judged according to temperature parameters of the evaporator; when the evaporator is in the pre-estimated frosting working condition, a first difference value between the actual temperature of the evaporator and the target temperature and a second difference value between the actual temperatures at the previous moment and the next moment are obtained; the anti-frosting rotating speed of the compressor is determined according to the first difference value, the second difference value and the actual temperature; and the rotating speed of the compressor is adjusted to the anti-frosting rotating speed, so that the temperature reduction rate of the evaporator is reduced or the actual temperature is increased, and by means of the method, the problem that the evaporator is started and stopped repeatedly in the prior art can be solved.
