The invention discloses a vibration and noise reduction automobile aluminum alloy wheel based on a weight reduction nest structure design. The vibration and noise reduction automobile aluminum alloy wheel comprises a wheel body and a vibration and noise reduction structure. The wheel body is an aluminum alloy part and is provided with a weight reduction nest; and the vibration and noise reduction structure is arranged at the weight reduction nest and is used for inhibiting transmission of low and medium frequency inner broadband tire/road noise energy at different driving speeds. The space on the wheel is reasonably utilized, normal use of the wheel is not affected by the arranged vibration and noise reduction structure, the vibration and noise reduction structure is not prone to damage, the maintenance cost is low, and suppression of low and medium frequency inner broadband tire/road noise can be achieved.     本发明公开了一种基于减重窝结构设计的减振降噪汽车铝合金车轮,包括车轮本体和减振降噪结构。所述车轮本体为铝合金件,且设有减重窝;所述减振降噪结构设置于所述减重窝处,所述减振降噪结构用于抑制不同行驶车速下、中低频内宽频带轮胎/道路噪声能量的传播。本发明合理地利用了车轮上的空间,设置的减振降噪结构不会影响车轮的正常使用,减振降噪结构不易损坏维护成本低,能够实现中低频内宽频带的轮胎/道路噪声的抑制。本发明与传统汽车车轮减振降噪方法相比,兼顾了振动噪声控制、轻量化设计、车轮力学性能和外观造型等,能够有效改善车内声品质,所抑制的噪声频段更具有针对性,适于推广使用。
