The invention provides an intelligent transparent shading system which is applied to a vehicle and comprises a camera, a transparent display and a processor, the processor receives an original driving image from the camera and converts the original driving image into a gray-scale image, and each pixel in the gray-scale image has a gray-scale value; the gray-scale image is converted into an anti-dazzle image according to a self-defined threshold value, each pixel in the anti-dazzle image has a gray-scale value, the pixel with the gray-scale value equal to or smaller than the self-defined threshold value in the gray-scale image corresponds to the pixel with the gray-scale value equal to a lower limit value in the anti-dazzle image, and the pixel with the gray-scale value equal to or smaller than the lower limit value in the anti-dazzle image corresponds to the pixel with the gray-scale value equal to the lower limit value in the anti-dazzle image. The pixels of which the gray-scale values are greater than the custom threshold value in the gray-scale image correspond to the pixels of which the gray-scale values are greater than the custom threshold value in the anti-dazzle image; and transmitting the anti-dazzle image to the transparent display for displaying.
