The propeller blade structure comprises a metal propeller root, and a steel wire thread insert is fixedly embedded in the front side end of the metal propeller root; an open containing cavity is formed in the front end of the blade body, the front end of the blade body is arranged on the metal paddle root in a sleeving mode, and a glass roving prepreg tape is wound around the front end of the blade body; the containing cavity is filled with the supporting foam core, and one side end of the supporting foam core is fixedly bonded with the rear side end of the metal paddle root; the eccentric pin seat is provided with a screw penetrating hole, and the connecting screw penetrates through the screw penetrating hole to be fixedly connected with the steel wire thread insert in a threaded mode. The blade body and the metal blade root are wound and fastened through the glass roving prepreg tape, the connecting structure is simple, and operation is easy; the supporting foam core and the metal paddle root are directly bonded and fixed, the connecting structure is simple, the size requirements of the supporting foam core and the metal paddle root are not high, and the manufacturing process of the supporting foam core and the metal paddle root is simplified; in addition, the eccentric pin seat and the metal paddle root are in threaded connection through the connecting screw and the steel wire thread insert, and disassembly and assembly are easy.

    本发明公开了一种螺旋桨叶片结构,包括:金属桨根,金属桨根前侧端嵌固有钢丝螺套;叶身,叶身前端具有敞口的容纳腔,叶身前端套设在金属桨根上,且叶身的前端缠绕有玻璃粗纱预浸带;支撑泡沫芯,支撑泡沫芯填充在容纳腔内,且支撑泡沫芯一侧端与金属桨根后侧端粘结固定;偏心销座,偏心销座上开设有螺钉穿设孔,连接螺钉穿过螺钉穿设孔与钢丝螺套螺接固定。叶身与金属桨根通过玻璃粗纱预浸带缠绕紧固,连接结构简单,易于操作;并且支撑泡沫芯与金属桨根直接粘结固定,不仅连接结构简单,而且二者的尺寸需求也不高,简化了支撑泡沫芯和金属桨根的制作工艺;此外,偏心销座与金属桨根通过连接螺钉和钢丝螺套螺接连接,易于二者的拆装。
