On one hand, the floating photovoltaic structure stability is improved, and on the other hand, the stability of a power grid is improved through charging and discharging of the energy storage battery; a power grid is rapidly supported according to the flywheel principle, and the speed can be millisecond level; the 360-degree holder and the electric propeller are controlled to change the horizontal direction of the energy storage tracking buoy, optimal tracking and positioning of the photovoltaic array are guaranteed, and meanwhile fluctuation exceeding the upper limit is restrained through reverse thrust.
本发明提供一种漂浮式光伏发电、储能和陀螺稳定系统及控制方法,为保证光伏阵列结构与系统的稳定性,同时考虑储能的需求,通过储能电池配重提高转子的转动惯量,采用储能电池为陀螺稳定平台配重,一方面提高漂浮式光伏的结构稳定性,另一方面通过储能电池充放电,提高电网的稳定性;依据飞轮原理对电网的快速支撑,速度可为毫秒级;控制360度云台和电动螺旋桨改变储能跟踪浮筒的水平方向,保障光伏阵列最佳跟踪和定位,同时通过反向推力抑制超出上限的波动。
