The center shaft is designed to be hollow, the mass of the center shaft is reduced, and compared with the prior art, the hub motor has the advantages that the material and parts of the hub motor are provided with holes, so that the mass of the hub motor is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency of the hub motor is improved to the maximum extent. And a turbofan is arranged outside the heat dissipation end cover, and the purpose of active heat dissipation can be achieved while the hub motor rotates, so that the heat dissipation efficiency of the hub motor is improved, the working efficiency of the hub motor is improved, and the service life of the hub motor is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化带涡轮风扇的轮毂电机,涉及轮毂电机技术领域,包括电机壳体;所述电机壳体由外端盖、散热端盖所构成,由于本发明中的外端盖、散热端盖均由铝合金材质制成,所以外端盖、散热端盖整体的质量较轻,加上在硅钢片外圈开设有供漆包线安装的安装槽,在一定程度上也减轻了硅钢片的质量,中轴采用中空设计,也会降低中轴的质量,相比较现有的,本发明通过对轮毂电机的材质上、零部件上进行开孔设计,大大减轻了轮毂电机的质量,最大程度上提高了轮毂电机的工作效率。散热端盖外有涡轮风扇,在轮毂电机转动的同时,可以达到主动散热的目的,从而提高了轮毂电机的散热效率,提高了轮毂电机的工作效率和使用寿命。
