The invention relates to a directional acoustic membrane which comprises a first membrane layer and a second membrane layer which are overlapped together, a plurality of first through holes for sound waves to pass through are formed in the first membrane layer through processing, and a plurality of second through holes for sound waves to pass through are formed in the second membrane layer through processing. The first through holes are communicated with the second through holes in one-to-one correspondence with the first through holes, one sides of the inner walls of the second through holes are flexibly connected with membrane flaps capable of overturning in the direction away from the first membrane layer, and the membrane flaps cover the faces, away from the first membrane layer, of the second through holes when closed. The directional acoustic membrane has the advantages that ventilation impedance in the positive direction and ventilation impedance in the negative direction of the directional acoustic membrane are different, forward sound absorption is good, reverse sound insulation is good, and the overall noise reduction effect is improved.
