The invention relates to a magnetorheological elastomer bushing of an auxiliary frame for an automobile. The magnetorheological elastomer bushing comprises a first part and a second part, the first part comprises a metal inner pipe, a plurality of plastic inner pipes, a plurality of coils, a magnetorheological elastomer, an axial limiting plate and a wire, the axial limiting plate is fixedly arranged at one axial end of the metal inner pipe, the plastic inner pipes are arranged on the metal inner pipe in a sleeving mode and are distributed in the axial direction of the metal inner pipe, and a coil containing space is formed between every two adjacent plastic inner pipes; the coils are wound in the coil containing spaces in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the magnetorheological elastomer wraps the plastic inner pipe and the peripheral face of the coils, and the wires are connected with the coils and extend out of the axial limiting plates. The second part comprises a plastic outer pipe arranged outside the first part in a sleeving mode. The magnetorheological elastomer bushing of the auxiliary frame for the automobile is stable and reliable in structure, good in rigidity adjusting effect and easy to machine and produce.

    本发明涉及一种汽车用副车架磁流变弹性体衬套,包括第一部分和第二部分;第一部分包括金属内管、多个塑料内管、多个线圈、磁流变弹性体、轴向限位板和导线,轴向限位板固定设置于金属内管的轴向的一端,塑料内管套设在金属内管上并沿金属内管的轴向分布,相邻塑料内管之间形成线圈放置空间,线圈一一对应绕设在线圈放置空间内,磁流变弹性体包覆在塑料内管和线圈的外周面上,导线与线圈相连接并延伸至轴向限位板之外;第二部分包括套设于第一部分外的塑料外管。本发明的汽车用副车架磁流变弹性体衬套结构稳定可靠、刚度调节效果好,易于加工生产的。
