The periphery of the gear motor is fixedly connected to the upper end of the supporting structure, and one end of the lead screw assembly is fixedly connected to the middle of the lower end of the connecting plate. The zero-gravity unloading system capable of being vertically overturned and unfolded is particularly suitable for zero-gravity vertical overturning and unfolding tests of large-scale and heavy-load products so as to improve the reliability of detecting and evaluating to-be-detected products.

    本发明提供了一种竖向翻转展开的零重力卸载系统,支撑结构上固定安装直线运动机构,且直线运动机构下端固定安装吊挂组件,吊挂组件下端固定连接至卸载对象,连接板的侧分别设置一个滑动组件,且每个滑动组件的外围固定连接至支撑结构的上端,连接板的下端设置两个滑轮吊挂组件,且两个滑轮吊挂组件相互平行设置,每个滑轮吊挂组件的一端均固定连接至卸载对象,丝杆组件的一端固定连接至减速电机,且减速电机的外围固定连接至支撑结构的上端,丝杠组件的一端固定连接至连接板的下端中部。本发明所述的一种竖向翻转展开的零重力卸载系统,尤其适用于大型、重载产品的零重力竖向翻转展开试验,以提高检测评估待测产品的可靠性。
