The invention provides a light surface tension storage tank which comprises a storage tank shell, a propellant management device, a liquid nozzle and an air nozzle, the liquid nozzle is arranged at the bottom end of the storage tank shell, the air nozzle is arranged at the top end of the storage tank shell, the propellant management device is arranged in the storage tank shell, and the two ends of the propellant management device communicate with the liquid nozzle and the air nozzle correspondingly; the storage box shell comprises an aluminum alloy shell lining and a carbon fiber composite winding layer covering the aluminum alloy shell lining. The propellant management device comprises an assembly, the assembly comprises two layers of aluminum alloy porous structural parts which are connected in a fastened mode and a stainless steel dense-grain net piece between the two layers of aluminum alloy porous structural parts, and the stainless steel dense-grain net piece is connected with one layer of aluminum alloy porous structural part in a fastened mode through hot melting bonding. The storage box shell is formed by winding the aluminum alloy lining and the carbon fiber composite material, and in the propellant management device, the dense grain mesh and the porous structural part are formed by a hot melting and bonding process, so that the storage box has the advantages of light weight, low cost and the like.

    本发明提供了一种轻质化表面张力贮箱,包括贮箱壳体、推进剂管理装置、液嘴以及气嘴,液嘴设置在贮箱壳体的底端,气嘴设置在贮箱壳体的顶端,推进剂管理装置设置在贮箱壳体内,且两端分别与液嘴、气嘴连通;贮箱壳体包括铝合金壳体内衬和覆盖其上的碳纤维复合材料缠绕层;推进剂管理装置包括组合件,组合件包括两层紧固连接的铝合金多孔结构件以及两层铝合金多孔结构件之间的不锈钢密纹网片,不锈钢密纹网片与其中一层铝合金多孔结构件通过热熔粘接紧固连接。本发明通过贮箱壳体采用铝合金内衬和碳纤维复合材料缠绕的成型方式,推进剂管理装置中,密纹网片和多孔结构件采用热熔粘接的工艺成型方法,具有轻质化、成本低等优点。
