The invention aims to provide the electro-hydraulic driving bistable electro-adsorption inchworm motion robot which can realize large-load driving capability and bistable quick response performance on a flat surface, so that the adaptability of the inchworm motion robot is improved, and the application range of the inchworm motion robot is widened.
