The invention provides a train operation control method and device.The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a first train is located in a target area and the first speed of the first train is not obtained, the second speed of the first train is obtained; based on the second speed, controlling the speed of the second train and/or controlling the speed of the third train; wherein the first speed is obtained through a sensor arranged on the first train; the second speed is obtained through a ground speed measuring device arranged at a preset position of the target area; the second train is a first train in front of the first train; and the third train is the first train behind the first train. According to the train operation control method and device provided by the invention, the ground speed measurement and the train speed measurement are flexibly associated, the two speed measurement modes are used to ensure that the safety is not reduced due to the poor communication state, the speed control of the train is smoother, the speed reduction processing is not immediately performed on the train due to the abnormal communication, and the control stability of the train can be improved.

    本发明提供一种列车运行控制方法及装置,其中,该方法包括:在第一列车处于目标区域且未获取到第一列车的第一速度的情况下,获取第一列车的第二速度;基于第二速度,控制第二列车的速度和/或控制第三列车的速度;其中,第一速度通过设置于第一列车的传感器获取;第二速度通过设置于目标区域的预设位置的地面测速装置获取;第二列车是第一列车前方的第一列列车;第三列车是第一列车后方的第一列列车。本发明提供的列车运行控制方法及装置,将地面测速和列车测速柔性关联,使用两种测速方式保证不会因通信状态差降低安全性,对列车的速度控制更加平滑,不因通信异常立刻对列车进行降速处理,能提高对列车的控制的稳定性。
