The invention discloses a mining car arrester based on a rotary damper. The mining car arrester comprises a follow-up chain transmission part and a rotary damping part. The follow-up chain transmission part at least comprises a front chain wheel, a rear chain wheel and a transmission chain, and a chain link of the transmission chain is fixedly provided with a car stopping baffle arranged corresponding to a mine car; the rotary damping part comprises a transmission shaft and a rotary damper, the rotary damper comprises a damping output shaft, one end of the transmission shaft is in transmission connection with the front chain wheel and/or the rear chain wheel, and the other end of the transmission shaft is in transmission connection with the damping output shaft of the rotary damper. According to the mining car arrester based on the rotary damper, a mine car can be controlled to slide down gently along a track, and when the rotary damper is of a magneto-rheological structure, the damping torque can be controlled by controlling the current passing through the magnet exciting coil; and the gliding speed of the mine car can be dynamically controlled according to the load capacity of the mine car, and the mine car can be parked in any place on the gliding route.

    本发明公开了一种基于旋转阻尼器的矿用阻车器,包括随动链传动部分和旋转阻尼部分;随动链传动部分至少包括前链轮、后链轮和传动链,传动链的链节上固定设有对应矿车设置的阻车挡板;旋转阻尼部分包括传动轴和旋转阻尼器,旋转阻尼器包括阻尼输出轴,传动轴的一端与前链轮和/或后链轮传动连接,传动轴的另一端与旋转阻尼器的阻尼输出轴传动连接。本基于旋转阻尼器的矿用阻车器能够实现控制矿车沿轨道平缓下滑,旋转阻尼器采用磁流变结构时,通过控制经过励磁线圈的电流大小可实现控制阻尼扭矩的大小,并可以根据矿车的载重量实现动态控制矿车的下滑速度以及在其滑行路线上任意地点的定位停车。
