The invention provides a subway train bottom linear motor heat dissipation optimization device based on flow control, which comprises a hoisting support, a fixed seat and a flow guide plate, the hoisting support is arranged below the bottom of a train, the hoisting support is provided with the flow guide plate through the fixed seat, so that a preset oblique angle is formed between the flow guide plate and the middle line of the train, and the flow guide plate is arranged on the fixed seat. The flow guide plates are used for damaging a boundary layer on the outer side of the train bottom when the train runs, airflow flows to the area where the linear motors are located, and convective heat exchange is enhanced. The structure of the linear motor does not need to be transformed, heat dissipation optimization is conducted on the linear motors at the bottom of the subway train under the low manufacturing, installation and maintenance cost, high-speed low-temperature airflow is guided into the train bottom area through reasonable flow control, the overall temperature rise of the linear motors of the train can be effectively reduced, and the service life of the linear motors is prolonged. The structure and the installation method are simple and feasible, raw materials of all parts are easy to obtain, the overhaul and maintenance cost is low, and conditions are provided for heat dissipation of uncoated underbody equipment structures including subway trains and ordinary-speed trains.

    本发明提供了一种基于流动控制的地铁列车底部直线电机散热优化装置,包括吊装支架、固定座、以及导流板,所述吊装支架安装在列车车底下方,所述吊装支架通过所述固定座安装所述导流板,以使所述导流板与列车中线呈预设的斜角,所述导流板用于在列车行驶时车底外侧的边界层被破坏,气流向直线电机所在区域流动,增强对流换热。本发明无需对直线电机本身结构进行改造,在较低的制造安装和维护成本下,对地铁列车底部各直线电机进行散热优化,通过合理的流动控制,将高速低温气流导入车底区域,能够有效降低列车各个直线电机的整体温升,结构和安装方法简单可行,各部件原材料易获取,检修维护成本低,为包含地铁列车、普速列车在内的无包覆式车底设备结构散热提供了条件。
